This weekend Melody and I were on a trip to the Appalachian mountain range in the Smoky Mountain National Park. We decided to hike the Appalachian Trail, toward the Charlie Bunion overlook. Here is Melody on the way to the overlook, all excited.

We arrived at the overlook after hiking nearly 4 miles. A lone tree, which resembles all the trees that were on the trail, growing from the sediment of the mountain.

Melody overlooking the trails, lovely view and lovely girl.

And of course Melody wanted a picture of both of us.
