Well, I splurged again. I bought a softbox for a studio aka my closet. Well here are my recent attempts at it. First up is a self-portrait that I call whiskers. It kind of is an inside joke with me and Melody, and you can tell how she got it I hope from this picture.

Next up is my beloved camera, and the beloved lens. I’m wishing I had more time during the week to experiment and maybe start getting people over for some pictures.

And per Melody’s request. A view of the so called “studio.”

Yeah, I switched when my 5D went berserk. I found a really awesome deal for a d700 so I had to try it out. I’ve been with Nikon ever since. I just wish I had the Canon prime lens selection.

I would definately want to go to california, but im still in school. I have some Pocket Wizards Plus II’s. Can’t wait to use them for some remote shots in basketball.
