I was asked to cover the Stanley Cup playoffs with the Nashville Predators visiting the Anaheim Ducks. It was great to finally get some play off coverage, but it was another Friday away from home. The Ducks were able to even up the series after a 5-3 win in game 2. Before I went in to take photos, I had to get some stock photos of the Honda Center in the golden hour. I found these wildflowers out front and thought it would make an interesting photo.
And also got a close up with the palm trees, very California.
It was a great atmosphere in the inside, I wasn’t able to sit next to the ice this time since the holes weren’t cut out for shooting. Instead we had seats reserved for the photographers up top. It was cool to get a general view and not have to move around a lot. Here is a photo of all the fans during a break.
