I was invited to the 2011 USC graduation both by the Daily Trojan and Melody, and to shoot for both as well! I got the best seats in the house for the ceremony, in front of the front row! I decided to get a few shots of the professors and faculty walking onto the stage as well as the students walking to their seats in the morning session.

After all the hours of talking and congratulations, doves are released to signify the end of the morning ceremony.

The Masters engineering school had their ceremony held in the Galen Center, which is a lot better than sitting outside in the sun. I got two general views of the stadium all fancied up.

Georgia Tech 2010 Commencement

Georgia Tech commencement at the Alexander Memorial Coliseum took place on Saturday May 8, 2010. It was a momentous occasion for all the students attending, marking an end to a long journey of their lives. Students would now transition to the real world with work or graduate school. I could not believe that after five years at Georgia Tech, I would finally be closing my undergraduate chapter. It seemed like life was only school, but it seems like there is more to life after school. I wish all of the graduates the best of luck.

Congratulations to all the USC graduates, you guys should be proud to have made USC not only top in athletics, but now the top in academics also. Thanks Melody for providing me a picture of you and your roommates.

Here is a video of Melody, through USC webcast, walking and offically graduating at USC’s commencment ceremony. I wish I was there to see it in person, but also am glad that I didn’t have to sit through the whole ceremony.
