My first family vacation with my new girlfriend Melody. Even though this is somewhat of a retrospective post, I was a little worried about getting too close too soon to her family. It ended up to be a great time, and helped warm me up for vacations to come. Here is the view out of our time share in Palm Springs.

We wondered around Palm Springs for a hike to find Tahquitz Falls in Tahquitz Canyon.

We also ventured around to find some Joshua Trees not only within the National Park boundries.
