Another ACC conference game against a hungry Wake Forest team that recently beat UNC. I was really looking forward to this game, to try a little bit of different stuff with remotes. I am just looking for the right formula for a basketball game that meets my personality. Well the game started off like it would inevitably end, with Georgia Tech just outplaying Wake Forest. Here is a photo of Georgia Tech Forward Derrick Favors easily getting the tip ball from Wake Forest Al-Farouq Aminu.
Since I was already sitting next to the Wake Forrest bench, I thought of getting a little picture of what Wake was feeling throughout the whole game, anxiety.
Just to show the different angles of my remote, here is a shot of Georgia Tech Forward Gani Lawal being fouled as he goes up for a layup.
The same exact shot at a different angle.
Although nothing was called, this was the resulting battle for the ball with Georgia Tech Forward Gani Lawal with Wake Forest Guard Ishmael Smith and Center Chas McFarland.
Georgia Tech freshmen Forward Brian Oliver goes up for a contested shot.
Or it seems to be non-contested from the goal angle.
Georgia Tech forward Gani Lawal scores, ending with 15 points.
I just like the next two shots, not very appealing to many but the tip of the ball is just grazing Georgia Tech guard Iman Shumpert’s hand as well as Wake Forrest guard C.J. Harris.
The facial expression on Iman Shumpert’s face is great.
A typical foul shot, shot with Georgia Tech guard Iman Shumpert.
Georgia Tech guard Mfon Udofia goes up for a contested shot.
A great view from both angles on this one.

A dejected Wake Forest coach Dino Gaudio.
The half time special of high flying acrobatics. I was trying to get a photo of the girl completely upside down.
Always baffled Georgia Tech head coach Paul Hewitt.
Georgia Tech forward Gani Lawal starts the half off strong, not allowing Wake Forest to regain momentum.
Wake Forest guard Ishmael Smith tries to reduce the Georgia Tech lead with an easy drive to the goal.
A simple huddle shot from right to left with Forward Derrick Favors, guard Iman Shumpert, forward Gani Lawal and freshmen guard Mfon Udofia.

The problem today was the refs, getting in my way for most of the second half. Well you can’t get them all, with Georgia Tech forward Gani Lawal’s slam dunk.
Very interesting shot of the interaction between the Wake Forest center Chas McFarland, left, and Georgia Tech guard Mfon Udofia.
Wishing I got the ball all in the frame, but Georgia Tech forward Derrick Favors crazy block. If you try to look hard you can see that he hits it off the backboard.
Another easy drive thru with Wake Forest guard Ishmael Smith.
Georgia Tech guard D’Andre Bell going up for the jump shot.
Wake Forest center Tony Woods going up for a contested shot.
The last few minutes were all about possession, and Georgia Tech guard D’Andre Bell would not allow the Wake Forest guard Ishmael Smith take any extra time.
