Miami Beach is where neon goes to die. This is where we were heading for the Carnival Destiny cruise. Our spring break was full of excitement, with some tropical and Caribbean fare in store. It started off with a relaxed manner, with the three “dudes” sleeping in the back.
We stopped by a Cracker Barrel for Chastain. He said he never went there because of a stereotype that he gets with both the name. Well it ended up being a good impression, and some good southern cooking.
After a 6 hour drive, due to the slow driving of Yvonne, we made it to Tampa. An empty house hosted by David was quickly filled. This was the night where we bought our jean shorts, which will be seen later, and played a few rounds of Modern Warfare.
Miami! We made it but with a few hiccups. David forgot his passport at his apartment, which he noticed half way into our drive. We were soon deciding if it was possible to get onto the ship. David decided that it was too late so scrambled to get a copy of his birth certificate. While we waited for him to figure out the mess, Chastain, Jim, Dow, and I went to a BMW dealership to see some sweet cars.

Next are some Challenger details.
And a cool pattern/texture shot of the Bentley grill.
Well everything went smoother then planned and we all finally got to board the Carnival Destiny. It was a relief from a very hectic day. This is a shot of our stateroom, room 8313.
So long Miami, our visit was short lived!

While waiting to get into the Universe dining room, I took a few pictures of our group. Here is David, Jim, and Dow.
And our group shot, the first one came out to be a little more R rated than expected.
“Could you please move, sir?” David tricked me while I was trying to get this dining room shot. Way to rush me!
