The Georgia Tech greek week is a week long event held during the spring semester of each year. It fosters one of the biggest events for Georgia Tech’s Greek community which is full of competition between various fraternities and sororities around campus. There are more than twenty events throughout the week that range from Tug-of-War, hot dog eating contest, super splash, etc. The week is meant to show the organizations pride and spirit in their organization. I was able to attend the first event, Tug. Tug consists of a central pit about 5ft wide, 20ft long, and 3 ft deep, filled with water. Here are a few photos to illustrate the very intense event starting with Alpha Gamma Delta vs. Alpha Delta Xi
Next up is Alpha Chi Omega, reigning champions, vs. Alpha Gamma Delta
Alpha Phi vs. Phi Mu
