Decatur’s biggest arts event kicks with the main events hosted on Memorial Day Weekend. This is the 22nd annual Arts Festival located in downtown Decatur. There are plenty of arts and crafts around, with local and other artist hosting several different white tents with paintings, sculptures, photography, etc.
