Last week was the MLS Western Championship game between FC Dallas, who has never made it to the MLS finals, and the favorite Los Angeles Galaxy. This is another new sport for me to shoot, but I guess once you get used to the flow of the game, you understand where and when the action will occur. Well I started the day by getting a general overview of the Home Depot Center and a few stock photos of the star players, AKA Los Angeles Galaxy players Landon Donovan and David Beckham.

I waited around for a while and didn’t know if I should get some photos pre game, but decide why not. Here is the FC Dallas head coach, Schellas Hyndman, standing for the National Anthem.

I quickly walked over to get some shots of the players with the kids. Also these awesome fireworks!

And of course, Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder David Beckham pregame.
