During the last two games of the NHL regular season, the Ducks had their fates decided with cross-town rival Los Angeles Kings. They would play first on their home turf, the Honda Center, and move the next day to the Staples Center to attempt to secure their playoff berth and best the Kings in playoff rankings. Well they were able to go undefeated during this time, and ranked higher as a result. The Ducks were able to grind out a 2-1 victory that night. I grabbed another quick overview shot since I was up top for the first period.
