The CONCACAF Gold Cup group matches, and semis came to an end with a final international match up pitting the United States against Mexico. This would prove to be one of the last major matches that Bob Bradley would coach team USA. The game started out with USA coming out strong with a lead of 2-0, but eventually they were no longer able to hold Mexico’s counter attack and it ended with Mexico winning 4-2. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the final game. When I arrived, I wanted to get a photo of the venue, the Rose Bowl.
I also was shocked at how few Americans there were, but this was a cool sight. The American flag waving proudly for all to see.
