I woke up this morning to a slew of sounds, which including helicopters patrolling the airs. I didn’t know what was happening at first until I turned on my TV to see on the news that there was an Occupy LA protest on Figueroa and 4th streets that was blocking traffic. I knew that there was something planned with the Occupy movement, but didn’t know it would be so close to my house. I decided to go down to check it out, to see how the protests were going. I was really surprised by the diversity in the group, it ranged from common workers to corporate Americans, usually this movement was associated with people that have no jobs. This was not the case, these people are fed up and want their message heard. Here are the few pics I took today, I wanted to leave before there were any arrests just for personal reasons.
