I don’t usually make the trip up to Westwood to cover a game, but there are some games in particular that might need a little extra media attention. This was the case when the Lady Volunteers visited UCLA at their new home this season, the John Wooden Center. Pauley Pavilion was undergoing some renovations, which provided an extra hurdle in terms of photography. The lights were low and eradiating a weird hue, but the game was as good as any would get.
